Day of a Thousand Doors

Join us as we hold the ultimate suburban canvass with Micheal Garza (GA House D-46) and JD Jordan (GA Senate D-56) featuring special guest Stacey Abrams. We’ll be mobilizing all of our volunteers and welcoming new ones as we canvass, phone bank, and text bank voters to get out the vote in two of the most competitive state legislative races in Georgia. These efforts are critical to flip these two seats and turnout the voters we need to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.

Because our districts overlap, we will also have lists available to help elect Laura Judge, Democratic candidate for Cobb School Board Post 5. She is one of several Democrats looking to flip GOP school board seats where we just need one flip to take control of the school board.

Canvassing is the best way to persuade voters to come to the polls for the November general election. No experience is necessary – just bring yourself, some comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and a fully charged cellphone. We will provide training if needed, a script, and the addresses of targeted voters in the area.

We’ll have live music, snacks, and water for all attendees. Come meet the candidates, meet fellow Democrats, as we hold the largest outreach effort ever in our districts with a goal of reaching over 1,000 doors by the end of the day.
